This data is used solely to generate, print, and track cheques on your behalf.

1.3 Usage Information

We automatically collect certain technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, to help us maintain and improve the Service.

1.4 Team & Organisation Data

If you invite team members to your organisation, we process the information necessary to manage roles, permissions, and access within that organisation.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including cheque generation, printing, templates, and reports.
• To authenticate your account and enforce role-based access control.
• To send you service-related notifications, such as post-dated cheque reminders and print confirmations.

3. Data Isolation Between Organisations

Each organisation you create or belong to is logically isolated. Banks, cheques, beneficiaries, templates, and team data belonging to one organisation are not accessible from another organisation, including across different accounts you may own.

• With your consent, or at your direction (for example, when you export data or share cheque details).
• With service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
