These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChequePrint's website and application (together, the "Service"), developed and operated by Ghadiali Infotech ("ChequePrint", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of your business to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
ChequePrint provides tools for cheque creation, printing, bulk printing, recurring templates, post-dated cheque scheduling, bank and beneficiary management, reporting, and related organisational features. Features and availability may be added, changed, or removed at our discretion.
ChequePrint is currently offered free of charge, with all features unlocked, until 31 December 2026. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or pricing after this date. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any change to this free-access arrangement.
If you invite team members to an organisation, you are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and permissions, and for the actions of members you invite. Complete audit logs are maintained for all actions taken within an organisation.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' data; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or (d) use the Service to violate the rights of any third party.
The Service, including its design, features, and underlying software, is owned by Ghadiali Infotech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service (including cheque, bank, and beneficiary records). We do not claim ownership of your data and use it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every cheque printed will be accepted by every bank or printer in every circumstance — cheque leaf sizes and formats vary, and alignment should always be verified before bulk printing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghadiali Infotech and ChequePrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of funds, data, or business arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including losses arising from incorrectly entered cheque details or misaligned printing that was not verified before issuance.
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by law.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
